Hello! You can use all the game assets made by me in any commercial or personal game projects. If they are free (for example the forest parallax background you mentioned), I'd appreciate if you credited me somewhere in your project, but it isn't necessary. If the background is paid (for example this forest background set), after paying you can use them in your commercial/personal game projects as well, no credit needed.
